Hi Soul,
Yes this site is quite new and was originally made to find the best duellists in WoW by providing a place to organise in game duels for gold. While this is still the case, the site has expanded into a blog that provides up-to-date info on a number of classes.

I think this site is a cool idea, i hope it works out, probabley needs more publicity. I was reading up on adjudicators (i apologize if i spelt it wrong) and was interested in that, am not quite sure how it works exactly but i got the main idea.
